Old Navy — Local services in Jefferson City

I went in today to get some clothes for a job I'm starting soon. I am not good at shopping and have recently gained weight, I'm feeling less than 'body confident.' I became emotional and stuck my head out to ask for help. Stormy was there and swooped in immediately. She stayed with me until I calmed down enough to walk through the store, built outfits for me and gave me feedback on what looked good. she completely turned my experience around and stuck with me the whole time. I would have left with nothing and sat in my car and cried. I cannot thank her enough. She is such a genuine and caring person....amazing...

I understand that the employees are tired. I do not appreciate the attitudes of staff and the complete lack of customer service. While I was there looking for the deals that were in my email that states available in store and online. Instead of verifying the deals they asked another employee stating 'she says she has an email stating 5.00 house shoes, shirts etc.' I pulled up my email to show them the email.
