I don't usually go out of my way to write a bad review, but today I chose to. I was speaking to Barbie, someone who works up front, and she was very rude. No, how can we help you, is everything going ok? Nothing. The customer service is horrible here. I love HomeGoods too and have always had a great experience, but absolutely not here. I then talked to the store manager, and she was also rude. I talked to my roommates about it, and they said the same thing. Just a heads up, I will be sharing this information with my friends in the area about this awful experience. I truly hope other employees there are not mistreated. Do better, be better. Usually a great store to shop in. This week I asked a store clerk twice where I could find what I was shopping for. The first time she pointed to the back of the store and said back there in the corner. So I searched and searched. Gave up and when I was walking back to the front of the store I saw this same clerk. I love going to Home Goods. They are one of my favorite places to shop for home items because of the quality of items, style, and prices. I love perusing the clearance art work and furniture, which are often fairly plentiful. This store also has a great selection of decorative pillows, children's decor, outdoor decor, and artifical plants/wreaths (at least those are my favorite item to shop for here).
