Replay Games — Local services in Jefferson City

I just called about a price on a game I saw for 99.00 a few days ago that I had lost due to tradgedy a long time ago, and have been looking for and Replay Games has it. I just called to check on it for purchase and spoke to the owner and they changed it by 40.00 on the phone cause that is what it is going for on Ebay. If I wanted to get it on Ebay then I would do so, but I thought I could rely on this place to help me end my search but not so. This is wrong and pathetic for business at the same time. Ebay defeats the thrill of the hunt cause you can get it on there anytime. You don't just change the price on the spot just cause someone calls about a game they want that is priced well already because that is greedy. If anyone is looking for fair prices for video games then try Mckays and don't waste time or gas on this place, cause they are not trying to help you. Mckays will at least give decent trade value on games and dvds as long as their in good shape and even cash though just not as much. Who knows you may get lucky in person and see a price your willing to pay for a game that Replay Games has and they change it at the register cause it is going for more on Ebay! I was hoping to see this place open back up in Knoxville some day, but not now. I know why it failed here to begin with was cause of stuff like this! Don't be fooled by their price cause it can change...

I have been coming to replay since they opened years ago, and they are still my favorite game store! I now live an hour and a half away and still go to them for my video game needs. Today, I realized I have never left them a review to say how much I appreciate them!

If you are looking for used/retro games, they are the place to go! They have the best selection in town.

If you are looking for a good place to gather for a little Magic night, they have a friendly group who were patient with me while I was learning the basics of the game.

Need a repair? They do that too. Today they even repaired my Mother's Game Boy Advance SP, which has sentimental value to me. So I was thrilled to see it working for the first time in many years.

The staff is great and the atmosphere is amazing. Their new renovations are very nice and makes the store look much bigger and keeps the area open. They are the kind of people who recognize their customers when they walk in and are happy to help you find whatever you are looking for. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I just had to come back and give another 5 star review 😍 Skyler had a Light Saber in the store like a real one not your average toy and if you know anything about them they are super expensive well my son wanted one for his 13th bday the only thing he wanted and we just happened to be in there and he saw it, it was waaaayyyyy cheaper than 6 800 dollars like less than half that and where we showed interest in it we started talking about it I asked if there was anyway he could hold it for us for a few days and he did but not only did he hold it with nothing down at first he started working on it making sure the codes were perfect and then after he personally worked on it he told me he needed to send it off to be worked on so he did that got it back quick didn't charge me extra for his own personal work and time and I just wanna say YOU WILL NEVER GET THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BIG BOX STORES!!!I will always an forever go in there and buy from them 😊Thank you so much for all your help and work on it it's made a...
