Twin Dragon Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Jefferson City

We had honey chicken and general tso. One with white rice and one with fried rice. The general tso was pretty good. The honey chicken had some weird artificial fruit flavor. I'm guessing it had a lot of duck sauce in it? It wasn't pleasant. The fried rice was just rice with a LOT of soy sauce. It basically tasted like rice soaked in LaChoy soy sauce which is about as bad as soy sauce can be.

General Tso with white rice would have been OK. I would potentially eat here again. I gave it a 2 on food because what we got wasn't particularly good. The General Tso meal would have been 4 if the rice would have been better.

The price was acceptable. The service was acceptable. Nothing special here.

The restaurant was clean, the kitchen was visible and seemed reasonable clean. The music was nice and appropriate volume. There was nothing special about it though.

I'd stop here if I didn't feel like driving. Don't get the honey chicken or fried rice though. It is better than the other hibachi place next...

HORRIBLE GENERAL TSO CHICKEN !!!! It has been going down hill in the last year. Chicken has been getting worse with grisal and fat mostly , unedible. But we go back every couple of months because a year ago it was great n I guess we are waiting for lighting to strike again. It's supposed to be spicy but there is NO spice at all. Today was glazed chicken not a sauce over cooked chicken n this is the very first time the WHITE RICE was in a nasty clump so I it they are using a different rice. It was like BBQ glazed chicken . I'm wondering if they have new owners because at one time it was great. One good thing, Place shines like a diamond ring.. Never dirty... EVER !!! Maybe eat something other than TSOs chicken . Ordered a number 3 (general tso's chicken) and a number 10 (orange chicken) at the drive-thru. She confirmed our order as a number 3 (general) and a number 8 (ma-la chicken). Confused we told her no and what we ordered. She replies "yea, that's what I have" We get to the window to pay and this time she confirms the correct order and asks us of we want any sauces. We tell her we'd like some soy and before we can finish she interrupts with "soy?" we confirm and finish with "and duck sauce". She repeats "soy and duck sauce" to which we say yes.
