JC Nutrition — Restaurant in Jefferson City

I am new to the area, and I was expecting a GNC style store, I am was happily wrong and pleasantly surprised!

I am a runner, and often count on shakes for the extra protein as I continue in my fitness journey, so finding a store just a short distance from me that I can count on for the boost is AMAZING.

I could not choose, and joked that I should just pick the most absurd name and the young lady and I chatted about the options and she really talked up the best peanut butter based shakes.... So I was sold! And told her I would her her to it...

Well, I am... and I AGREE... I've had some amazing protein shakes...For Caramel Peanut Butter Lovers, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the combination together.

I came in a couple days ago and got my usual drink which is the Peach ring protein. If you haven’t tried it yet I highly suggest doing so. The atmosphere and people are always so friendly. Kris stands out the most to me though. She’s so bubbly & outgoing. She is the main reason I keep coming back. I feel as if I have a personal friendship with you and that means so much being a recently new mom. She makes sure to get down to my son’s level and always say hello to him as well. She’s exceptional at customer service and friendly with every person she comes in...

Who knows if the drinks are any good. I couldn't find any hours for the business online so I messaged the business page on Facebook. The owner looked at my messages and didn't care to respond. Soo I went to the location, the photo on Google doesn't match that either btw. They were closed. The Facebook page says "always open" which I didn't expect it to be always open but at noon I expected always open to mean they're open every day since that's common for the same type of shop. It was closed. The waste of gas isn't worth a second try for me...
