My one-line review: I highly recommend A1 Outlet Store to anyone and everyone who’s looking to purchase high quality and fairly priced appliances in Chicagoland area.

And now the details: We purchased an LG laundry set at A1 in early February 2025. The set was on display in the store and has some blemishes on the sides, which were pointed out to us upfront. Luke, the sales associate, offered us a competitive price for the machines, which we couldn’t refuse. The washer and dryer were delivered a week later at the pre-scheduled time. Due to our malfunctioning shutoff valves, the delivery team wasn’t able to complete the job on the first visit, but Luke (bless his heart) rescheduled the installation and haul away the next day (Super Bowl Sunday no less). Throughout the process, the delivery staff were courteous, professional and efficient. We have been running the machines for a few days and absolutely love the set. They are such an upgrade from what we had before and come with all the bells and whistles. We fell in love with doing laundry and will be coming back to A1 for more purchases in the future.

A few final words about Luke, who I proclaim the customer services extraordinaire. He is exceptional in what he does, and his fabulousness goes beyond being friendly and non-pushy at storefront. We are just purchase new aplances, stove and microwave from A1 Otlet store in Chicago. They have lats of Them and price are so low & large selection of fridges, dryers, washing machines, stove,microwaves, dishwashers ,etc. Msr Viola help us to find out perfect stove and microwave for very nice price. A1 Outlet store also offering delivery with installation ,which is super easy for customers. I will never find this kind of appliances for that low price .There is my second purchase from them but from different location in Bensenville. Kuba was great! There was no pushy salesman tactics or any pressure to buy. He was patient and answered all of our questions and even made sure we were able to get squeezed into their super busy delivery schedule to get it shipped next day. 10/10 experience with the sales reps. The store itself had plenty of options across the board. The prices are amazing we were able to get a fridge and a microwave for just over $1000 for both.
