Legit clean eating. I ordered there today and even the Uber driver who drove the food was really nice. First off the presentation wasspot on. The chicken shawarma was legit clean white meat literally from the breast and it was easy on the spices which is good for people who have any sensitivity to the stomach but want to enjoy authentic food. not only that but the salad did not have any gross sauces it was legit you nice vinaigrette. The baba ganoush was so good and they did not overdose it with oil or oregano they literally put just a correct amount of everything. The homeless was also to die for. I can actually taste the chickpeas vs. Just the creamy tahini. Also the falafel literally was probably the best falafel I've ever had. I've gone to over 13 different Mediterranean places that I ordered from all over Chicago. This has to be by far the best one. They are literally not super greasy and big. It actually had more parsley which is better because my stomach can't digest the seeds in some of the falafel but they actually use home-grown fresh ingredients. I will be ordering from there again. Also their fries were the bomb legit.Definitely kahun fries but it did not taste like fries that were sitting there. It literally tasted like they threw them in the oven that moment. Even when the driver was 12 minutes out the bag of fries was still crunchy and not soggy. Clearly means its fresh as heck . Def give it a try. I ordered through Uber eats and the platters were served in a bag of tiny falafels. Salad in a doggy container. Along with tiny baklavas cut into small squares and overpriced. The order stated rice with salad coming with the meal. No rice to be seen yet. Jerusalem Salad was supposed to come with the meal as well as side salad. Did not receive the salad. Platter I believe is a platter or at least a tray in which resembles a platter. Very disappointed and over priced because my few items were priced at $50. In reaction to my boggled order I called the establishment. I was told that was how it had to be and that the order was right. They do not present a well ordered dish. They only overprice and minimize your order. Do not bother to glance in this direction of ordering or visiting. Worst experience I've had with ordering Mediterranean food ever. Ordered off of grubhub! Came within the hour. Hot! Ordered the 4 way combination. Unfortunately they didn't have the lamb kabob so they called and apologized and asked what I would like to substitute. I ended up getting 2 beef kabobs, chicken kabob, and chicken Sharma. So juicy, tender, and flavorful. I also ordered a 12 piece falafel, lentil soup, and lamb shank dinner. The falafel was excellent. The lamb shank was tender with alot of juice. Huge portions. I just wished they gave me more pita bread. I only got 2. Next time I'll order extra. I assumed one would come with the soup. The soup was a little on the watery side. A little on the pricey side but well worth it! My new favorite Mediterranean place. They also gave me free dessert for the inconvenience of not having the lamb kabob.
