Truth... this review is way overdue! Warbat - I have tried their "warbat" (thats what we call it in Lebanon) at an event and they were fresh and absolutely delicious. There were extras and no one hesitated to take the rest home to share with their loved ones.

Baklava - I have tried so many Baklava in the states so many brands, didn't like any thus lost hope and simply stopped buying. I brought back some with me from Lebanon whenever I visited. I recently tried their Baklava and I am happy to say that this the best baklava I tried in the states :D chapeau bas to the pastry chef.

Kibbeh - last but not least, they sell home-made Kibbeh that are delicious and filling with a side of cucumber yogurt mix!

Thank you for giving me a taste of middle eastern sweets in the heart of the...

A wonderful bakery for all the Leventine and other Middle Eastern baked goods, sweets, cookies and many other dessert items made fresh daily. Whether you buy a small sampler or a large tray for a party or for a restaurant, this place will never disappoint you. Very helpful staff that tries to explain the details as well as offer samples. Fernando on their staff helped me. He has been with this establishment for fifteen years. He took the time to explain everything and wanted to be sure we liked what we saw. Many items are pre-packaged while others are in bulk trays. Special orders or catering orders are easily fulfilled. I used to visit them at their old location which was small and crowded. This new location seems more spacious with better displays. I will be a...

My 5 star review is based on the product alone. We aren't from Chicago but visit on occasion. We were looking for Dubai chocolate and picked 4 different places, this place was picked because of the name.

It's a walk in, pick up your order type place. I'm proud of the girls working, English is not their first language but sometimes love and appreciation can be communicated through a universal smile.

Now let's talk about the baklava, it's incredible, probably the best I've ever had. Not to say I'm a baklava expert as I usually get it from Costco or Sam Club. And their Dubai Chocolate was well worth the drive out of our way to get it.

I'm curious to see how the product will ship for Easter...

Came in today to buy some pastries and sweets for a party and picked up a tray of assorted baklava and pistachio maamoul. Everyone there was very welcoming and helpful, and we felt comfortable enough to ask if we could try different pieces of pastries. They had multiple trays of fresh sweets on the counter, and we were able to build our own mini box of assorted pastries. We also got gifted fresh pieces of pistachio baklava, and they tasted DELICIOUS! My partner finished their baklava as soon as we got home. Small shop with plenty enough options for different tastes. They offer packages in various sizes that you will always find what you need for any occasion, be it a party or a small snack box for yourself 🥰

I tried the baklava from Nazareth Sweets at a place downtown on Franklin, and my husband and I ended up by their shop by chance, and I figured ANYTIME is a good time for tasty baklava. The store is neat and tidy and the selection is great. You can put together your own bundle or get some that are prepackaged. The team there was great too. I caught them at lunchtime but they made their way out and were very helpful and sweet...and recommended a pastry I hadn't tried before that I will absolutely come back for. If you are in the area, or NOT and really want tasty bites of yummy pastry...Nazareth Sweets is a honey-soaked delight. I cannot wait to make a return trip and get a lot more.
