I used Meeting Tomorrow for the first time a week ago. Our company was attending a trade-show in Las Vegas and needed iPads for the event. The Customer Service I received was bar to none. The first rep I spoke with asked all the right questions in order for me to make an informed decision on the exact type of equipment I needed. They worked with me to have the items expedited to my home address to ensure I had the units on time. They provided all that I needed for the return shipment to make the process as easy as possible. During the entire process, the level of communication was superb and required no additional follow-up on my end. I received the confirmation from the sales team on my order via e-mail, a confirmation of the shipping notification with tracking numbers, a follow-up confirming delivery, a reminder e-mail about returning the units and finally a follow-up to ensure they met my expectations. Read moreWe had a company event in Columbus and none of us are from Columbus. Initially I picked Meeting Tomorrow because they had the best website out of all of the other companies. I was so pleased with the service we received from Ryan and his team. Not only did he answer my 100+ questions as we were trying to figure out what giant TV's we needed, ipads, etc, he also ended up helping me realize what cables and cords we needed. To top it all off we had so many moving pieces with the event, I forgot to let him know we had changed our dates, and he was so kind and able to work with the technicians and get them rescheduled last minute for the correct set up and tear down dates. Read moreI used Meeting Tomorrow for the first time in July for an off-site conference I was managing. The conference center wanted $9000 for what MT charged me $2600. Definately worth going outside the conference center - don't let hotels scare you and say you can only use their people. I also had an issue with the size of the screen I ordered since I didn't realize how large my room would be. MT had a bigger screen delivered and setup before the meetings the next day.
