At around 10:41 p.m. last night January 3rd 2021, I paid for my food at States on my bank statement so I'm sure about the time and date.
The food is way too overpriced. There's no reason why I should have paid almost $10 for a cheeseburger and just a burger not the meal. The prices are as if they are in downtown or in some high-end neighborhood or something.
when I walked in I noticed a young lady waiting for her food and her food was done and ready to be handed over to her 3 minutes after I have entered.
After ordering my meal, I was asked to wait outside While my orders were being made.
After about 10 minutes I walked back in and noticed a couple standing aside just feet away from the front door waiting for their food. I asked myself well why weren't they asked to wait outside? why wasn't the young lady that was in there before me asked to wait outside?
I was going to ask why only I was asked to wait outside but at this point it was late at night and I was ready to go home.
Before pulling off in my car I waited to see if they would be asked to wait outside before their food was done and 5 minutes later, their food was handed to them and they left out the front door and went on their way.
2 Chicago police officers went in to order their food and of course because they are the boys in blue, they were not asked to wait outside for their food.
now I was in no shape or form an irate customer and the customer service was great. The young lady at the counter although not very knowledgeable of their menu or how their food is prepared, was awesome other than the fact of asking me to wait outside.
The cooks were also very helpful and had great customer service.
I'm not sure what's to that but I wouldn't order from them again. It's not even that the burger was pricey although the burger was good.
But I'm not sure why I was the only one asked to...
Read moreThey don’t put prices because they over charge whenever you end up paying for your stuff.. my Dad had bought Chorizo and Cecina the owner ended up charging my Dad $55 when the meat was worth $20 (my dad saw the screen it said $20.45) I went back literally no less than 10 mins I told him to please return my Dad’s money to his card the guy started yelling and saying he don’t trust people mind you he was checking the cameras. I showed him my Dads bank account of how much they took + the receipt and he still said I had no proof and that I was no one to tell him to return my dad’s money. This is not the first time this happens, my uncle had the same experience. I suggest you pay with cash!!!! Oh and they overcharge if you pay with...
