El Burrito Amigo — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

If I can rate this restaurant, I would rate it 0. I’ve purchased food from this restaurant before, I am a returning customer, and I’ve never experience poor management until today. I called ahead to place a carry out order. When I arrived home, I was missing two tacos. The manager questioned how many paper bags were in the plastic carry out bag, in which I found unnecessary and there were brief holds during the conversation (I am assuming she was questioning her staff in regards to the order). The owner / manager said it was not possible the tacos were not in the bag and that she personally completed that order. She even said “I don’t want to argue and come for your tacos”. That’s such a horrid response for an owner / manager. There was no sympathy or apology. I will never lie about missing items in my orders. I am not a free loader and nor was I rude. The owner escalated the situation with her tone of accusing a customer of lying. Do you think I will come and get those two tacos with such a rude attitude knowing possibly they will spit in the food? I will never come back or recommend anyone to come to a restaurant who does not sympathize. It’s not about you as a company, it’s about making your customers happy and welcoming them back with a smile. I hope you realize the attitude was not necessary. I will not be coming back. I will spend my money at another taco joint in Belmont Cragin. If you like this joint, please just check your food order before you leave because they won’t offer you an apology, your money or your missing items...

This use to be the place to go to for the best steak Burrito and tongue tacos. I don't know if they changed owners but it's not as good as it was. And last time I was there I ordered the steak tortas with everything on it. They gave me the part of the tomatoe that you would cut off and the lettuce was turning Brown. I called once I got home and asked for the manager and she told me he was on vacation and would be back next week. So I called again and got the same answer. I told the Young lady if you don't want my business don't worry about it I have a car and can go some place else. Like I said, This was one of the best places to get food we would drive from Berwyn to get it. But...

Food is delicious, unfortunately the service the cashier provides is 0/10 she doesn’t seem like she wants to take your order she has this attitude every time i’ve been here. She had an attitude when we asked if she could clean the area where we were going to eat. She’s more concerned to be flirty with guy employees. There’s 2 locations this one is closer to my home but will start going to the other place because this location lacks good customer service from this specific women working here. Lastly, tacos should usually come with lime and red or green sauce they don’t offer to you any of that. 👎🏼 @burrito amigo maybe it’s time to consider different...
