I needed a barong for my 7 year old and my husband (arab) for my sister's wedding. It was last minute but ate charisma scheduled to meet three days later. She planned accordingly, asking for sizes, fabric, date of the event and told me to bring shirts because I wasn't going to bring either son or husband. When we met I was scared I wouldn't find the suite but she provided a map with thorough instructions. The staff knew to expect me and help guide me to the suite. Upon arriving i was offered beverages. I was then escorted to her suite and she had the barongs laid out as well as a book incase I didn't find something I want. She started with a presentation, a 101 on barongs and fabrics. I informed in our call I wanted the high end fabric so it looked polish and elevated. She had a few picked out but she nailed it.
