Starbucks — Restaurant in Leyden Township

Terrible location, terrible staff, terrible coffee. I strongly recommend to avoid at all costs. I find it appalling that the staff do not know how to make the drinks that they have on their displayed signs/board and which are also popular in every starbucks... Not only that, I've seen a older woman barista prepare one of the new lemonades. She was struggling with the container with the lemonade which seemed like it had the lid on tightly and did not want to pour. She proceeded to make the drink without the lemonade as it was apparently too big of a bother for her to get it open. This is not acceptable, especially in a place where you're paying...

The young male which I believe is the manager never says welcome to starbucks, thanks for visiting or nothing at all, super rude especiallyfor his position. Multiple times he will yell at the girls or argue with them while they are trying to complete orders and it slows down the service. Everyone else besides the white girl with a small neck tattoo is the same way. Seriously is it that hard to get a "your welcome" when I say thanks 3 times during a transaction? Honestly terrible service at...

Always fast. Very convenient to get a coffee before, after, or during grocery shopping. While my coffee today tasted good, I am missing some… I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso with 2 extra shots (no other modifications) so you would think it would be filled near the top. These were taken when I got home (5 min later), before I took a drink. Is this how Starbucks is making money/staying even now - fill the cup 2/3?? I wish I would have noticed before I left. I won’t...
