I used to throughly enjoy coming here as it was my favorite thrift store in all of Kentucky. However, I felt the need to write this review as I am extremely bothered by the lady who works there now to the point that none of my family or friends will shop there anymore nor will I. The fact that she prices just about everything extremely high is not the issue although it is a bit alarming that she says she finds the prices on ebay. Her attitude towards customers is repulsive. The last 3 times I have been there a woman that I assume frequents the shop often was there as well and really enjoying herself and being polite. The lady that works there was just downright nasty to her and at one point saying and I quote, "you are living at a motel now do you really need to buy that?" I was flabbergasted and looked at the woman and she seemed extremely upset and kind of shocked by that nasty comment and told me she was in the middle of moving. This is the 3rd time I have witnessed the woman there being nasty to her as well as other customers. Until this woman is replaced nobody I know will be returning. Every single time she constantly says how she has no idea what she is doing, to watch her counting out the change, how she runs her eBay page, etc etc etc. She has no business being in customer service or running a thrift store. Please find someone that cares about the store...

Benefits go to the Animal Care Society shelter, the first No-kill shelter in...

Sign on the door said “open” and website said open til 6pm today. Walked into the unlocked door which had zero signage to indicate closure of the store, and was immediately told “sorry, we’re closed for remodeling.” They need to make that apparent with signage and post it on their website so that people don’t waste precious time and fuel like...
