I wanted to give this location a chance since it is family owned and businesses have a hard time staying in that location.. but I was extremely disappointed in the food quantity and quality for a place that just opened. First issue: I got a chicken burger with cheese combo meal and it wasn’t even a chicken patty, it was two pieces of chicken tenders in between two buns with toppings. Photo attached. If I wanted that, I’d go to Canes down the road. That was the first thing that upset me because if you look at the photos they advertise, it looks like a decent size chicken patty with all the normal burger toppings. It was not even close. Speaking of Canes, this locations secret sauce is just Canes/Zaxbys sauce with a different name. This is not a complaint just an observation. Second issue: The amount of fries that they give you for a meal was absolutely disrespectful. Maybe like 10-13 single fries. Photo attached. That really got me upset with this location because you can get more fries literally anywhere else for the price you pay to make your meal a combo. You can see the empty space in the to-go box where more fries should be and I promise I didn’t eat any before I took the photo. For almost a $13 meal I was hungrier when I finished eating than when I started and I had to go to the store and get more food for dinner. That may have been because we just came from the gym and were hungry but i could get more and better food for less money at other places. In the end, I’ll likely try it again in the future if it’s still around and see if there’s been any changes have been made but unfortunately, it will not be a weekly visit for me like the previous restaurant was. It felt like they took shortcuts to make the food and were stingy with how much they gave you. On a smaller positive note, the inside feels nicer inside than the previous restaurant and I liked their wallpaper. Unfortunately there is no Coke freestyle machine like before so you’re limited to the handful of options they have. I hope the best for this business and never want to see a place fail, but huge changes will need to be made if it wants to survive in that location. A part of me hopes that someone messed up in the back and it was made wrong but I don’t think so since it was done to mine and my girlfriends meal. If you don’t believe me, please support the business and try it for yourself.

JTown Big Bites recently opened and we visited the first weekend it was open. Occupying what used to be WNB, JTown Big Bites is a welcome addition to J-Town. The inside is no longer yellow, but more of a white and red motif (Thank You for that!) The tables and chairs are still the same, and I still swear they have the lightest chairs On Earth. The menu is well sized for the eatery. The menu has chicken. There is no other meat than chicken. No beef. No pork. No fish. Just chicken. I ordered the Chicken Cheese Burger and decided to make mine a combo, adding fries and a drink. My wife had the Chicken Salad Lettuce Wrap. Our food was delivered in less than ten minutes and it was hot and fresh. My chicken burger we very tasty and served on a brioche bun. I'd have preferred a few more pickles, but it was still delicious. The fries were VERY good and seasoned well. They also gave me sample of their "secret sauce" for my fries..and it was REALLY good. A bit like Thousand Island, but better. It was VERY tasty. My wife raved about the chicken salad lettuce wrap, especially the inclusion of fresh apples and grapes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. He helped steer us to the right choices and answered all of our questions with no problem. The owner (Andy) also came out and talked to use for about 15 minutes, getting our impressions and thoughts of the food. They also offer chicken tenders, veggie burgers, salads, and non-fry sides, like Mac-n-Cheese, Cole Slaw, Green Beans, and Mashed Potatoes. It's this kind of variety that makes JTown Big Bites so awesome. While WNB didn't utilize the drive-thru, JTown Big Bites absolutely does for those time when you don't have time to go inside and wait. They also provide call-in ordering and will eventually on their website as well. After our first visit to JTown Big Bites, my wife and I are fans. The food is good, the staff is great, and it's very reasonably priced.

WOW! I tried Big Bites after seeing an advertisement in the mail. Very nice and clean building with dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru options available. The food was hot, fresh, and had a delicious flavor. One member of my party had the chicken burger with fries and I had the 5-piece tenders with cajun fries and macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was white cheddar and hot and delicious. The tender sauce was awesome with a little kick. The portion sizes were great and the prices were reasonable considering the quantity and quality of food. The employee at the register was very friendly and even bagged up condiments and utensils so I didn't have to get them myself. If you are in the area, definitely check out this place. I will definitely be returning.
