I’ve been using this laundromat for about six months and I’ve never had any issues. I just had major surgery and my husband took our laundry this time. I usually use one dryer and pay for about 45 minutes and it dries everything just fine. My husband split everything into four different dryers and when he started emptying the dryers that we used he realized that our towels weren’t dry. He just seen the dryer not running and assumed that it may need to run again. After swiping our card he seen that the dryer still had time left and now had an additional 20 minutes and was still not running. The owners response is extremely sad in my opinion. They claim that the screen shown on the dryer in the video meant that it was about to end its cycle and go back to requiring $1.50 to start. However had they actually watched the video they’d have seen that the dryer still had 27 minutes left, the door to the dryer was shut and still not running. Unfortunately google only allows pictures to be posted with the review so I’ll just share our conversation...
