The absolute worst service from a pharmacy & pharmacist I’ve ever received!! You try to be understanding because not only are we in a pandemic, every place is short staffed & over worked. That being said, that gives no one, including the pharmacist a reason to be rude! After waiting on phone for 46 minutes with recording stating one caller ahead of me, I was told by the pharmacist to call my Dr.s office to request a PA. Um, no that’s Walgreens job not the patients! Also, there is no reason any patient/customer should wait 53 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of mine. And then to be told my medicine hadn’t been filled yet when I was told the day before it would be filled on that day by 4pm. So over 24 hours later waiting in the drive thru for 53 minutes & prescription still wasn’t filled. The amazing part is the surrounding Walgreens pharmacy/pharmacist agree Jenks Walgreens pharmacy is horrible & the male pharmacist in Jenks is rude! Read moreI’d give zero stars if I could. The kids working in the pharmacy are very sweet and trying their best. I have no issues with them. Their pharmacist needs some serious customer service lessons. I have been using them for the last 8 years and here within the last year, they’ve easily become the worst Walgreens in Tulsa. There’s always 3-4 people back there when I go in so I don’t understand why the drive thru line takes 45 minutes to get through and why they only have 1 register open inside the pharmacy with a line all the way to the frozen food. It’s unacceptable that I have an issue every single time I need to pick up a prescription for me, my daughter or my husband. Also, don’t bother calling them. You’ll be on hold for 20+ minutes and then they’ll just hang up on you. I’d say save yourself the headache and frustration and just use a different pharmacy if you can. I also think it’s pretty pathetic that even the other surrounding Walgreens pharmacies know about the awful reputation that specifically the Jenks location...
Read moreFirst, the pharmacist doesn't have time to give you, it's rush rush rush, and the techs are basically useless. Second, I called today and gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes. See pic below. Third, they aren't willing to get me the original manufacturer for a med that no longer works bec they switched. (Curtin and Genscripts will order what works). Fourth, their app hasn't worked for at least 3 days. I can't sign in with my PW or my fingerprint, hence the attempted phone call. Fifth, They keep screwing up my scripts saying to pick it up when I am on their mail delivery service. Sixth, their text alerts work for maybe a week or two and then I have to call back for them to text me another set up link. Seventh, I put in my refill request online Wed of last week, called yesterday to find out what was going on, and they didn't even show I had put in a refill. Curtin is great. You're not just a number. It's like night and day and they do deliver. I will never use Walgreens again and will warn others...
