This is probably one of my favorite nurseries to shop and wander around in. I can spend hours here. That being said, I know some may have less than stellar experience but I guess I'm lucky in that I have always had a positive experience when I came here.

First is the selection. I love how they have so many fruit trees and bushes. Some already have fruits and flowers. The root balls are always dense and when I needed help, they were always willing to go above and beyond. Although, you do have to flag down one of the workers most of the time and ask for it. They don't usually come up to you and offer. Which is fine with me since I go to window shop most of the time even though I end up buying but I initially visited just to see what was new ( to me).

I like how there are little pots for their house plants. Sure, Home Depot and Lowe's are sometimes cheaper, BUT, for the size of the plant that's already in the pot and the fact that I can separate them into 4 or 5 pots when I get home makes it cheaper. If you don't separate them, yes, they are so much more expensive. :-) For example : parlor palm and ficus where there's easily 14 to 16 individual plants/rooted cuttings in each 6 inch pot.

I also like how they have so much of the Asian fruits that I miss. Some die on me because like an idiot, I forget to put it inside for the winter BUT its nobody else's fault but my own. I love how they recommend other plants that I might like, since I am a fragrant flower junkie. They even help me select down to the plant and teach me helpful tips and techniques to grow them.

One time, one of the staff even pruned my peaches for me, explaining and demonstrating the right way to prune. They even saved me money by giving me the right variety instead of the one I already picked up. I picked up the one that gets shipped in, which was $20 more than the one they grew/propagated themselves. I thought that was really cool of them.

Lastly, the issue about price tag. This hardly ever happened to me because I always ask. Also, I think they recycle pots so sometimes the tag/label on the side of the pot is different from the plant. When I happen to take an interest on one in particular, I always ask. Maybe because I'm a regular and my face is familiar there, ( or I am just shameless), I always ask if that's the best they can do. They always give me a little discount and in more than one occasion, have walked out with a pot or two of free plants. Been shopping there for almost 10yrs. and will...

Two stars because the place is big and has a lot of things to choose from, including some more rare plants that I’d never seen before. The problem is like other reviewers have said, there’s no identifiers or prices on anything. I bought a hanging plant and have no idea what it is. A lot of the plants outside looked very sad, dried up, etc. I have no idea how they care for so many plants and it’s obvious some of them are neglected. The lady at the register is rude. She talked on the phone the whole time during our transaction and wouldn’t even look at or speak to us. So I was unable to ask her about the plant or price, she just rang it up and held her hand out for my card. I’d say go here only if you’re looking for something specific. There are way nicer plant places that have the information you want. Buying something here is just an unpleasant...

There are some good plants sold here, so I used to visit regularly. However, unfortunately, there is an issue with the accuracy of their business information.

According to both their website and Google, the store was marked as “open” on 7/6. Since I was aware they would be closed on 7/4, I deliberately visited on the 6th to discuss a refund issue in person that has been pending for 6 months. But when I arrived, the gate was closed, and no one answered the phone.

I have not received any plants, yet I’ve already paid for them. In fact, I even provided my credit card information to a staff member over the phone in the past and was told the refund was being processed — but nothing has happened for half a year.

At this point, I just want to confirm the status of my refund, but there is no way to reach anyone...
