Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered food to be delivered through door dash from this company about a week ago and I was missing napkins, salsa, and my straw. Also, I’d ordered a lemonade and received water instead. I called twice, and there was no answer. So, I drove 15 minutes to the restaurant to have my order fixed. The lemonade had run out and the workers didn’t even know. Today, I ordered food and waited for an hour for my food to arrive only to get a text saying that the restaurant couldn’t process my order so they cancelled it. I will NEVER order from here again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Service was fast and friendly. I had to get out and go into the gas station to get it, but it beat sitting in a long drive through line at lunch time. Some of the items on the steam table looked a bit dried up and crusty, but luckily it wasn’t anything I ordered. I ordered the taco dinner. The store taco worker is very rude & does not want to communicate. I ordered and paid for the meal but she did not give me any drink, saying the machine is broken or something. If it is then mention it first so that the customer can opt not for the meal please!
