WIC — Local services in Jersey Village

I just moved to this city and decided to go here for the first time.

The first lady I dealt with seemed like she should not be working for the WIC office. She was not the most professional person at all.

She had an attitude for no reason. I almost didn't come back to this location. I wish I knew her name but I don't.

Either way, I went back two weeks later and dealt with Karin and Yesenia...I apologize if I spelt the ladies names wrong but I was greeted by these two ladies.

They both were very nice and professional. This time I felt comfortable about the WIC Store.

Karin signed me up for a loyalty program which was new to me.

I came here yesterday to get my baby formula the girl that was attending to people her name is Alexander, she was very rude and impolite. She just came outside and started shouting on me without having a knowledge of what I was asking someone. I told her not to do that again she should first ask questions before shouting on me. I think because of that she told me that the are not giving out baby formula yet. I asked her why she said until tomorrow. Please how can you guys have baby formula and not giving out yet. I been going to this store for almost a year and I though I was the only thinking the same thing about Alejandra always so rude but it convinced for me to stop here after work, but yes so rude..oh!
