Very unprofessional, charged me double the fee for a delivery of tens unit. But the real criminally fraudulent part is they just took more money from my account, which I did not authorize and was never told about, this is theft!!! Very disappointed and disgusted!!! No one has refunded my overpayment and now taking money from my account!!

I did receive a call from Jen about this matter, at first, her response was that I must be confused; after giving me a chance to continue my concerns, she quickly credited my account; (not refunded), and took my banking information off of their account—don’t innerstand how that was even done in the first place. This is definitely the last time that I will be coming here. I was told that it would take a week for my brace to come in and it was before the holidays that I was told this. I called after two weeks of waiting and was told that it wasn't in yet. The lady also rudly added that if it was in they would of called. I waited another week and called again because at this point my doctor's appointment was in a week to see how I was doing with the brace. This time when I called they lady answered the phone and then immediately put me on hold without saying a word to me. When the lady came back on the phone she said it wasn't in but that she tracked it and that it would be there by the end of the day. KME handled all the details, Insurance paperwork and approvals.
