I first stopped into the store to discuss pricing and my vision and then we communicated a couple times via text/phone mostly so I could send the photos of what I wanted. I created centerpieces with fake flowers and wanted the colors to closely match. She reached out the night before my wedding with photos of the bouquet and I was able to give feedback which I appreciated. My dad picked up the flowers from the store the morning of the wedding which included two bouquets and a mix of corsages and boutonnieres. I gave Denise an idea of what I wanted and she came through with these beautiful arrangements. Has a sign dozen of roses cash and carry for $10 she asked if I wanted them in a vase and charged me $47. Then she gives me ones made up and sitting in a cooler for who knows how long. If I would have known that I could have got a vase at the dollar store and saved myself like 35 dollars. And she was kinda of rude not good customer service.
