Elevate is my absolute favorite Barre studio in the Atlanta area. I was hooked from the very first class. The environment is fun, restorative, and encouraging. I'm not sure how they do this, but every instructor will know your name even if it’s your first class! I’ve been to several other barre studios around town and none compare to Elevate. The classes are challenging, but the instructors are encouraging and keep it fun the entire way. The music is timed perfectly with the moves and routines which adds to the upbeat and fun workout. The TRX classes are a MUST TRY, you will be sore for days! They also have corporate events and classes for a unique work outing or team building activity. I took the barre class as I signed up through classpass and i loved it. First when i arrived i explained i was new and had used classpass to sign up. The girls in the front explained what the class would be, what I would need to take the class and a bit about the studio. They gave me a tour of the studio, walked me to the classroom and helped me get what equipment would be needed for the class. The instructor was very knowledgeable, helpful. She was made aware of my name and that I was new. I definitely recommend Elevate Fitness Studio as they make it their mission to make you feel welcomed. I love this place! Before coming to Elevate I hated working out but the instructors, music, and exercises at Elevate truly make it a fun experience. Each class is different so it's never gets mundane and you definitely get a workout each time! The instructors are very attentive, carefully paying attention to each individual to be sure their form is correct and to provide alternative options if a particular position is uncomfortable for you.
