DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Food was okay. The server was horrible. His service was not good at all. He wouldn't remove or lower the tip even after horrible service. The food was way to spicy and we couldn't eat it. I asked they take it back and they did. Server kept arguing with us. We will not be returning again after being a loyal customer. When I told the server I didnt like the service he didnt show any concern and said racially he can't do anything. Rude and unprofessional.
This is why no one should go here at all. see response from owner:
I just read your messages and read your reviews on Google, if you say that you are our regular customer you should know our spice levels very well. If you were a decent guy or belonged to a decent family you would have waited for my response before posting reviews online altogether. I feel sorry for people like you. If you can't afford to dine-in in an exclusive and authentic restaurant don't go there, you can just go to many places in Norcross or Decatur where you can eat Indian food for a much cheaper price. Wherever the quality of our food and service is concerned cheap people like you can't dream of or afford, even though our prices are reasonable and our quality is top notch. You ordered all the food at spice level 3 out of 5. Just because our portions are huge you thought with your cheap mentality that let us save some money and complain about one of the most expensive items on the menu that it's spicy and we can't eat it. The truth is that you almost ate more than half of it and then you complained that the mix grill is spicy for you. My server offered you Raita (yogurt sauce) on the house and you had sweet tamarind chutney as well on the table which very well helps bring the spiciness down but you were concerned only on how to save a few bucks because you can't afford to dine -in in an exclusive restaurant like ours. If you are going to dispute I will counter dispute and also sue you for the fraud you tried to commit in my restaurant. Be ready for it. I will see you in court.
Can you believe this unethical and unprofessional person? Never will I return here or...

This was our flirst time at this restaurant. I had my 84yr old mother and my two youngest kids (7 and 4) with me. Ordered some wine, soft drinks, samosas, a mixed tandoori grill, a butter chicken, and a fish tikka masala...
The restaurant was completely empty, except for us and some periodic pick up orders coming in...maybe this was the first sign...
The food was not very good in quality. The meet portion of the mixed grill was undercooked. The butter chicken was undercooked and had too much sugar added, the fish tikka was just some flavorlesh seeming pre-precooked fish with some sauce on it.
The only thing we were able to eat was the naan bread, wine, and samosas (which were not that good either frankly and lacked seasoning).
I asked for the mixed grill to be cooked a bit longer and expressed my concern about other dishes. In response, the owner/manager went completely crazy, said they would call the police (!!!???), and that we had to get out. I've never seen anything like that. I was stunned.
I of course paid my check but suggested that the response was strange as I didn't ask for anything unreasonable, and that maybe they should consider treating their customers better and that there was maybe a reason why they had no one dining in. In response, the owner/manager attacked me again, now on a personal level which I don't want to repeate, and told us to get out.
My 84 year old mother was floored, my kids were floored, and I was floored.
Frankly, I don't know how this places stays in business. Probably the only reason they are able to function is that they are next to two extended stay hotels with few dining options and as...
Read moreWe arrived on an evening where the staff were overwhelmed. It wasn't that busy, but they only had two wait staff servicing the restaurant, and they were clearly not coping.
Our food took over an hour to arrive.
Traditionally, the various Indian curry dishes have their own "hotness". For example, a Khorma is always very mild, a Madras is usually a medium strength curry, a Vindaloo is a hot curry and Phal is extremely hot. For this reason, I always find it strange when Indian restaurants in the U.S. ask what strength you would like your dish.
However, being as I wanted a Khorma, which is an extremely mild dish, I asked for it as a strength of 1 out of 5. My girlfriend had a Massala (another traditionally mild dish) as a strength 2.
While my Khorma was indeed quite mild (although hotter than it should be), my girlfriend's dish was insanely hot. I dread to think what a 5 would be like if that was a 2!
Upon complaining about this when we finally managed to get the waiter's attention, he said that he would bring some yoghurt to tone it down. The yoghurt arrived about twenty minutes later, by which time I had finished my dish and the third member of our party had given up on his and put it aside.
The yoghurt didn't help with calming down the curry, and the dish was by now well and truly cold anyway. We just wanted out of the place by then.
Just to add insult to injury, we found that when the bill arrived, they had made no concession for the inedible meal, and charged full price. $75 for three meals, of which one was actually consumed.
Needless to say, we won't...
