Piper Lillies — Local services in Johns Creek

I don’t often write reviews but felt it was necessary given the outstanding customer service I received. I try to buy from small businesses as often as possible but often feel like just another sale, especially when ordering online. Not the case with Piper Lillies!!

I placed an order and realized after the fact that I had inadvertently deleted an item I wanted and left another item of the same price that I thought I deleted. I reached out via email to see if it would be possible to fix my mistake in order to avoid return shipping. I received a call and am email from Piper Lillies following up to resolve the error. The item I wanted was not in stock so a lady from the warehouse contacted me to let me know and discuss if I wanted a refund or if they could help me find another item of the same value. We communicated back and forth over a couple of days until they were able to provide me with an item I would be happy with. This has happened before with other businesses and often they refund that amount and you don’t even realize it until the shipment arrives without that item.

I was so impressed that they took the time to reach out and continued to work with me until a resolution was reached. I will definitely shop with Piper...

They do not stand behind products they sell. I purchased a mud pie vase with a metal top and holes for flowers. Upon using for less than an hour, I heard cracking and the bottom randomly broke off as it was sitting on my kitchen table. I contacted the owner, Julia, who said she would look into refunding me with the vendor. I followed up twice but she was “waiting to hear back” and ghosted me. If you carry the product in your store, it’s up to you to do what right by the customer. Glad I wasted $25 for an hours worth...

What a lovely gift shop! I've been shopping there a few times. The ladies who staff the shop are delightful - so helpful and friendly! The variety of items is great !
