UPDATE: I dropped my rating down a star due to inconsistencies in pricing. I've been here probably 10 times since my first visit this summer because of the phenomenal price of my go-to drink its cheap cost is the main pull that brings me back again & again. However, my usual barista hasn't been here and there's been inconsistency with the price every time I order probably because of how the staff is trained. But my order price has changed 3 times. I think my loyalty lies with my usual barista and not Lavena Cafe.
ORIGINAL: Small-scale, charming local coffee / bubble tea shop. Things you should know: I. PARKING It's within the Publix Supermarket Plaza. The private parking lot out front is massive. You'll never have a difficult time finding a free available space. II. SERVICE You order at the register & the person taking your order brings the beverage TO you (rather than screaming your order out for you to come get it yourself). I've been to many cafes and none do this high tier service. III. QUALITY The coffee here doesn't fall below standard. And can I just mention how GREAT the prices are? My large iced americano was $3.22 with the syrup & oatmilk added ~ unheard of. CAPACITY Always...

Cozy ambiance and great relaxing atmosphere. Can see why it became so popular. Good place to chill in general.
The offer some of your standard bubble tea options. They also offer some actual food too. They have huge selection of different toast options which is one of their signature items. Definitely take more than one visit to try. Besides the toast they offer sandwiches and pasta as well as other items.
I ended up getting the green tea milk tea with redbean along with pork bao and pepperoni toast. Tasted pretty good overall.
The food and drinks here are pretty simple in general but that's really how it should be when it comes to these types of cafe, it doesn't have to be overly...
Read moreWonderful little cafe within walking distance for us. My kids love grabbing a fruit green tea, toast or sandwich and just kicking back. Everything we've had has been great. Drinks, respond sandwiches, bao, and of course, the many desserts!
Tends to be a one person operation, so if they are busy be patient. But even then, nothing has ever taken very long at all to come out. The owner is very sweet and we've never had anything but great service.
Seating is a combination of accent chairs+table along with bistro tables with seats and a wall bench towards the back. Power plugs are on the left wall and free wifi is provided. I've taken a work Zoom call here when my home internet was being repaired.
We consider Lavena our neighborhood cafe and are so glad to...
