I did hours of research on how to select the right diamond before visiting jewelry stores. I felt like all of them were trying to rip me off until I went to see Tova at Classic Jewelry. Tova answered all my questions truthfully and ordered multiple diamonds for me to inspect. When I found the right one, she helped me chose a solitaire band that looked perfect! Avoid Classic Jewelry at Cumberland Galleria. I bought a Hamilton’s watch for my wife in November 2019 and we’ve had constant issues with the watch band breaking, the battery dies, and the watch simply does not work. Their customer service is the only thing worse than the watch. The watch has been in for service for at least 6 times, they keep the watch for 2-4 weeks and it only come back with a new issue. The watch has been worn fewer times than it’s been in for service. The owner will not offer us a refund or another watch. Went to this store to have a small pin (that holds the watch band in place) replaced after it fell off. Was first charged $37 for a generic replacement pin that fell off in less than a week. Was then charged $23 more to have the "original" pin ordered. It turned out that the "original" pin does not fit the watch either and is obviously different from the actual original pin (a second identical pin stayed attached to the watch, making the comparison possible).
