Cato Fashions — Local services in Johnson City

I'm enjoy shopping at your store and My children have also known the different styles you get from different places. Different stores carry different things in the size of petite for those of us that are short myself. No customers/rich El representative should remind you after you walk in their doors. They close in 5 minutes. I know we all have a job but I also know in our jobs. We are to create a win-win for the customer and then the client as!!!!!! Does that resonate with anyone else? That's been kicked out of a store as a reminder of someone that wants to go home. We all want to go home? Our. Jobs? When. We work but also to other stores......consumer I those that come and buy from you often and you run off the wrong move.!!!!!!

My mother loves Cato and I recently went with her to the store in Elizabethton and was very impressed. So, when I was looking for a light cardigan to take on an upcoming cruise, I went to the Cato in Johnson City that is just a few miles from my house. I was immediately greeted by a friendly young woman. I spent about an hour trying on different outfits in a very clean and spacious fitting room. The employees wouldn't let my 80 year old Mom with a health condition use their restroom. I understand there are rules due to covid and I respect that but the employees were extremely cold about it and then incredibly rude when a kind woman in the store spoke out in her favor.
