GameStop — Local services in Johnson City

I love all of the employees here except for one. There's a woman that works here that is always hateful and ALWAYS has an attitude. If I could contact the manager, I'd have multiple complaints on her. I've ran a business and you can't act like that. Management needs to step up quick and do something because I will not go back to this store until she is gone at this point. She's a very unprofessional young lady. I loved coming to this GameStop, but I will not put up with her horrible attitude anymore. THE WORST Gamestop experience EVER. I have been an avid gamer for years and have always loved trips to Gamestop, but I would NEVER recommend anyone to visit this GameStop. If you need a game, please visit another location, because this one is the worst. My fiancé and I were polite and respectful, and the cashier-lady was the rudest person I had ever met. She was sarcastic, unhelpful, and ill-mannered for absolutely no reason at all. We would ask a simple question, and she always had a b*tchy, sarcastic remark in response. DO NOT visit this place. I'm surprised they are even in business with digital downloads. Every GameStop has a long history of unethical business practices to try and sell you as much garbage as possible. I remember trying to buy a game a long time ago and the employee kept asking me about game informer subscription, power up reward card, etc. Just hush and sell me what I want. I haven't shopped in one since around 2009 and I never will again. Corporate entices the employees to tell outright lies to get people to buy horrible games. They keep money from pre orders if you don't get it in a certain time frame. Will be much better for the gaming industry when GameStop is no longer...
