United Grocery Outlet — Local services in Johnson City

First and foremost, Adrien is AMAZING and keeps us coming back - he needs a raise for Sure! Always pleasant and cordial... but one guy, (I will preface this by saying management handled it in public and immediately..) This summer, we were in the checkout line and were going to go to him (the racist who doesn't check out black people) and he said he was getting ready to leave and acted like he was shutting down.. No problem, so we went to another line. Immediately after we went to another line, he continued to take everyone else in the line, about 4 more people, who were not black. I called management, because I was not going to stay and be mistreated, but my husband complained in person, in front of the cashier. The management apologized profusely, called the guy over - she SHOULD have fired him. I have not had the pleasure of going through his line since then, but I WILL attempt it and see if his misbehavior has been corrected. The rest of the staff always greets us and...

Well when I first heard of the store opening I was not really sure of it,,but going there and seeing the the inside and how everything is set up I was amazed by how clean everything is and how the employee treat and great customers over all I am sorry to say but they have hands down put alds in last place,,,only because there employees are not helpful and on some level,,,RUDE,,,employees are not supposed to bring there home issues to the workplace or sit and talk or message friends on the phone while assisting customers that need help or have a problem or question so not sorry alds I'm going to be a long time member of,,,UNITED GROCERY...

Soon as I go into the store I'm yelled at because I ride ebike I have to use a backpack to carry my purchase of what ever I have to get in the backpack I have two capital one credit card and had over one thousand dollars in my pocket they made me put my backpack in a little hole goddam I have money medicine and tools in the pack get done with the purchase go and my backpack is just sitting there unattended anyone could walk out and I am not going to shop for anything from the store again make a rich man feel like a theft I don't have to seal and I will be leaving this goddam horrible place in a few weeks don't shop in the store...
