I came to the Le Creuset outlet store at Johnson Creek after doing some math. I was getting ready to replace my second set of pots and pans, and realized that if I finally bit the bullet and paid for quality cookware (like Le Creuset) upfront, I'd actually be saving myself substantial money in the long run. Jeanine, Trish, and Jacki, we SO incredibly helpful. They all know SO MUCH about cookware, bakeware, both Le Creuset and other brands. Over the course of a few weeks and endless trips to the store, (and thousands of questions to their staff), I have finally built my forever dream cookware and bakeware set! I got the following: 3.5 quart braiser, 4.5 quart oval dutch oven, 2 quart heart-shaped dutch oven, 10.25" skillet, square grill pan, pizza pan, baking sheet, stock pot, numerous baking dishes, and plenty of assorted stoneware, cookbooks, utensils, and gadgets.
