It was fantastic shopping here! I came in to buy a staple wardrobe of professional clothes for a new job and was worried that I would be overwhelmed with all of the possibilities. Sandy and Brenda could not have been more attentive, helpful, and kind during the whole process. They helped me figure out which cut of dress pants worked best for me, encouraged me to check out some different separates after hearing what I was looking for, and even shopped the clearance racks for me for things in my size and along the same vein as what I was going after. They checked in with me periodically in the dressing room and offered to grab different sizes or colors if I needed them. They were so generous with their time and I never felt pressured to pick or buy anything that I didn’t want. I came into the store clean and well dressed, with a very small crossbody purse. Yet, from the beginning the sales woman eyed me with suspicion. I picked up a turtleneck sweater, and made my way around the store hoping to find a similar sweater in crewneck. The sales woman frequently made her way to where I was and just stared at me with a warning look and/or asked me if I needed I help. Since I could sense she was uneasy with me for some bizarre reason, I told her what I was looking for, and asked for her help finding it. (They didnt have it). I decided to just stick with the turtleneck version and went to look at jewelry before leaving. She then said she would take the items from my hands to hold behind the counter. This was not really an offer to help me, I could tell she was still worried I was going to steal something. OMG Jennifer and Miss Karen are literally the world"s best hands on customer service staff I have ever met in my 49 years of life!!!! I am short and stocky and struggle to find petites that fit. These two ladies welcomed me and took control of my dilemma immediately!!! They both compliment each other. They are incredibly knowledgeable about all the different sizing and know their inventory. Not only that they performed as if they were my personal stylists! They brought me pants and shirts one after the other and listened and validated my concerns!! Even when they got busy they kept calm, focused, professional and helpful! Really amazing! Jennifer suggested I take advantage of the credit card application. Usually I don't do this but by doing so I literally saved $200 on my batch of new clothes! If I owned ANY type of business, I would hire both of these...
