Went under new covid restrictions. I'm medically disabled and wore a mask anyway for the few minutes I'd be in the store. Did a quick circle and was 5 feet from the door when a worker blocked my path and 'asked' if "I'd mind" leaving through the other door, 50 feet away. There are no other guests in a 10 foot radius of me, and none coming in. I've got three different leg and foot injuries and a condition that limits oxygen flow to the brain, which I'm already further reducing just to shop with you. There was no option for people who are medically unable to, so I bit that bullet. How many hoops can you create to not even purchase anything? Walk in and find out. He was genuine, present, and extremely helpful, without the token overbearing nature that one is often accosted with at retail stores. It was evident that he enjoys his work and believes in the brand that his presence represents. Additionally, at check out he took special care to make me aware of a pattern lining the inside of an umbrella I was intent on purchasing, in the event that it should it not be to my liking. It was and the umbrella will accompany me to an engagement I have on schedule for later on in this otherwise dreary day. His thoughtful consideration is the marker of true class. The next time I’m in Wisconsin, I will be paying a visit to this location with hopes I’m once again greeted by the...
