The person who administered my vaccine was extremely rude. First of all there is no privacy. Thereās only one three-fold screen and they weirdly use it for themselves when giving shots. Then, the woman giving me the shot insisted that I take my arm out of my sleeve. My shirt had enough stretch and cut to extend down to my elbow, but she refused to continue unless it was done her way. Because my shirt was also somewhat cropped it caused my bra to show when my arm was pulled out so in attempt to cover up I held my hand at the bottom of my hem. This woman made such a big deal of this, saying she couldnāt do the shots unless I was āfully relaxedā- and she made no attempt to pull the privacy screen to cover me or show empathy for the fact that I didnāt want to be uncovered. I have been getting my flu and covid shots at this location for the past two years and no one else has been this much of a fussbudget. This woman acted like she was a nurse giving a tetanus booster to a small child. Going forward I will only get these at my doctorās office despite the inconvenience. I never knew UPS did that. So I called CVS to see if my package was really there and had asked why UPS brings packages to CVS and was wondering how long they've been doing that for. The woman I spoke with sounded rushed, irritated, and like she didn't feel like being on the phone. She said she didn't know the answers to either of my questions. She said she had to put me on hold, but actually hung up on me. So I called back and stated that I had been hung up on, and just wanted to know if my package was actually there. The woman never even apologized for hanging up on me and she was like "yeah it's here ok bye", and hung up again. Their customer service is awful at CVS That's not how you should treat your customers at all....

I had a situation where I needed an early refill. My doctor ok'd it and I approached staff and explained. I believe it was a female pharmacy manager. She went above and beyond to help. I was not treated like a seeker. This Cvs makes me feel welcome and my patronage appreciated. I feel very secure and unafraid to ask questions, or ask for help. They are always busy, but very accommodating. I wait no more than twenty minutes. It's very hard for me to get to this location. I have to take two buses sometimes. I lost my car due to the Pandemic.
