Normally great vibes at this place but today I was in the store around 6pm laughing and shopping with my friend… I was planning to buy a decent amount too… but while I was in the fitting room, the worker (who never greeted us) asked us to, “Keep it down because we have been yelling the whole time and it’s a small store.” This made me feel awful the tone she said it in, when we were just shopping laughing and having fun. I work in the customer service industry and even if we were being loud… there was nobody else in the store and it could have been approached a lot better. Her tone, body language and facial expression was filled with annoyance and disgust. I put everything back and left immediately, this was terrible customer service. This place is always cool. A constant supply of old a new clothes... not a place to go just once. Every time is a new clothing experience. What is out one time will be different the next time yougo. although me & my bf live far from this shop, we will continue on coming back! we thrive on vintage/unique pieces & juncture definitely satisfies us with just that, they’re super friendly & we’re never left empty handed. i love the atmosphere & how they always have something i need/want.
