Every time I go in there the same older representative manages to ruin both mine and any other customers around day. I would expect a whole lot more professionalism of an older person, however every time I come in I am surprised by the same lack of respect, terrible tone, and immaturity. Every other representative working there seems to be wonderful in my experience. But every time I am almost satisfied with my business, the same older white man comes over and absolutely ruins any happiness I could be feeling. The prices at the store have nothing to do with my anger towards this store, but I cannot stand five minutes in the same vicinity of that man. He has never had a smile on his face and has always been chronically the worst part about this store. If anyone in charge reads this please cut ways with that despicable man because he is really bringing the entire place down and making many customers uncomfortable and upset. Iâve gone too long without putting my review in and I sure hope that he doesnât continue working there because I can only see that location going downhill if he stays. I also managed to make it to the bolingbrook location where everyone there is wonderful and low and behold they also have heard stories of this old white man. We spent about thirty minutes talking about how terrible of a person and representative he is. We wouldâve talked longer about our shared negative feelings towards this man, however I had other things to attend to. Once again, that one old white man that I have no clue what his name is is RUINING the ENTIRE business and he needs to be let go. I was ready to spend a lot of money but he just hates giving out good customer service. Itâs almost as if he hates his job and doesnât want the business to succeed.    Read moreThis place is the best. This morning I called and Johnathon followed it up with a text answering every question on product and pricing that I had! Then, I came in. There was a young Hispanic man who helped me find this gorgeous ring that matches my wedding ring pattern for my pointer finger so that was really exciting. He spent a lengthy amount of time going through each and every piece of jewelry until I saw the piece that was calling my name for my birthday! These are my husbandâs birthday gifts to me so he told me to pick out a smart TV. There was a gentleman with glasses who went through each TV until he found the right one. He spared no expense on time looking through detail upon detail. As if this experience could not get any better, Johnathon helped me find the PERFECT DVD player with a remote for the bargain price of $20 and it plays BLU-RAY and regular DVDs. Johnathon paid a great deal of time caring for the fact that I needed a remote. Then, he carried the TV to my car and tucked it in between the pillows I brought. Guess how much that I paid? $20 for a retail priced $180 DVD PLAYER. $138 for a $220 Smart TV. $365 for a 10K white gold diamond ring at a discount from $400 that the guys lowered the price on for me! I love this place. Each employee there makes sure that they are fully attentive to all of your needs and handles every thing with care and precision....

My boyfriend and I called To see if we could stop in about selling an e-bike. We knew we were going to be close on time and they said as long as we got there before 5 it was okay. I walked To the door at 4:59pm which the clerk knew was going to happen because we told him our ETA. It was looked and everyone was ready to go. As someone whoâs worked with pawn shops and in retail this is so unprofessional. Any store Iâve managed was unable to lock their door before the closing time. Even if it was a minute before closing we had to take the customer. When I knocked on the door they basically ignored me and continued closing.
