Always Eva's Flowers — Local services in Jonesboro

I ordered flowers for my Uncle’s funeral four days before they were to be delivered. I spoke with a representative who took my order. There was no indication there would be a problem with the green orchids I ordered. I was traveling by plane the day of the delivery, I was then informed the flowers I ordered were not available. I was asked if white orchids would be ok. I wanted something spectacular and unique, white orchids do not exactly fit that description. Again I was traveling so communication was difficult. The person texting me finally said they would send fresh flower arrangement. I have no idea what exactly was sent because Bob will no longer answer my text. I also called and tried to speak with a manger or owner. I was told they didn’t have that information. The arrangement I wanted to send was a great way to honor my unique Uncle. Very disappointed. On August 1st I ordered a bouqet of sunflowers and red roses for my fiancé’s birthday to be delivered. Currently, I’m out of state on military duty so this was one of the only options I had to try and make her birthday special.

Upon receipt of the flowers I was sent pictures. The bouquet looked as if it was haphazardly thrown together and was not given much thought as to how it should look. I was thoroughly disappointed.

After calling, I spoke with a woman by the name of Lisa who seemed unconcerned and offered a half hearted apology. I paid $75 for the flowers. I hope the owner can offer some kind of solution because I was not offered one...

Only wish I could give them a 0. They took my order. He checked to see if they could provide. He said yes. I paid with my card. I don’t care about his name at this point.
