I would not recommend the store on 7th street got an electric bike and the battery went bad same day called them said they would get right back with me no call back next day called them 3 times that day everytime being told somebody would call back in a few minutes with no call back this went on for 3 days took the bike back tried to get my refund and they gave me 17 dollars and said the rest would be put back on card when both the transactions was done on card been waiting 3 days now and still not back on card talked to manager and he said it should have all been given...

I have used Rent-A-Center in Joplin, Missouri at the West seventh location now for approximately I would say 15 years The store manager used to be Sean Harless, and he would go out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed quality as well as customer service. The current store manager at this location is right up there with the comparison to Sean. Very nice gentleman made sure came out to Our house and completed a task no hassle stayed there till he was done. Did a great job. Thank you guys for being so courteous and customer service...

Great store,great management,and Trent does a wonderful job,I've spent thousands with Rebt a center previously and will most likely spend thousands more as long as I can get brand new products from them,not wanting to pay above price for a used product and I always pay off my products before the 6months same as cash mark,and their insurance is great my imac computer got a Crack on screen somehow and they had it replaced with a newer better one with more memory within 2-3 days at no additional charge,I highly recommend this store,great...
