EDIT/UPDATE: Well, I chanced a revisit the other night. 100% turnaround from the previous experience. Hint: If you walk in and see a more seasoned (older) lady running around serving folks, you're in for a treat. She is so friendly- an absolute treasure. Good food with a few exceptions. You'll find your favorites. Best egg foo young by far. Tuesday and Wednesday nights are the nights for the best service i think. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Unprofessional and presumably untrained server made it a very unpleasant experience. Broke several cardinal rules of service, including complaining about tips in earshot of diners. Food, as always, was good. I have my favorites and those that I skip. This place never was the Four Seasons. So I do not mind the tradeoffs to get a decent buffet at a reasonable price. But subjecting your customers to this treatment is a bad business move. I'll look elsewhere for a while, until the inevitable staff...

Service was less than desirable. The food was hot and tasted good. We ordered coffee and 1 ice tea. One of the coffees had something it. The waitress did not come back to our table after she left the coffee. When she did, she came back when we were getting soup and left our ticket. Left the coffee with something in it (food, I think). And left the plates. It's like she was avoiding our table. However, she was not shy about sitting down with other customers and being attentive as a waitress should. We signaled her over and asked her what was in our coffee, and she stated it looked like part of a fortune cookie. She said she was sorry and did say she would get a fresh cup. I declined. i love this place. my moms been coming to this place beforr i was even born. their food has always been amazing and fresh and i couldn't appreciate these people more. but recently there has been a new waitress hired and whenevr we order over the phone she always messing soemthing up, my family has an allergy to onions and cashew chicken has onions in it so i'll ask for an order of all white meat. ill steess the fact we cant have the chives, nuts or onions but just want the cashew sauce on the side and no matter what i say to clarify she never gets it right bery upsetting. she also doesnt read our order back to us to make sure she got all of it. we drive almost an hour for this food because of how good it is. but even though there have been bumps i still...
