Taco Bell — Restaurant in Webb City

I went thru the drive thru and ordered their Taco salad and tried the mini shredded chicken and cheese quesadilla without the Chipotle sauce. Not a fan of hot sauce. But loved it. Really fresh and hot. The Taco Salad was really good too. I brought it home tho. So had to stick it in the microwave (I know, ugh). But it had been a very long day! Lol. It was still good and it warmed up the salsa, which wasn't too spicy... But would be better if it we're mild... Or offer a choice?! Anyway, it was still real good and filling. Plenty of it all. With beans, rice meat, lettuce, cheese and sour cream on top. The salsa was on the side. Perfect combination. And the put the rice and beans and meat separately so you might need to look for the bite you want, or stir it up. I say that as I didn't know it had any rice till I got a big bite. But was pleasantly surprised it was soft fresh white rice. And love the fluffy crispy shell, not hard and crunchy like a yellow corn taco shell. So there u have it. Have a great day....

The menu clearly states #1 Is 3 taco Supreme and comes with a drink. If you have ever eaten at Taco Bell you know supreme means has sourcream and diced tomatoes added. Hence, I order 2 #1's and clearly state this. I also asked to have the cheese placed on the side. Do you think they got my order right? No, no they did not. However the cheese was on the side. But 6 tacos not a single bit of Supreme anywhere to be found. When I took the tray up to the counter one guy said your tacos do not come as Supreme. I said well now wait a minute, the menu clearly states in words and in picture the #1 is 3 tacos Supremes he looks at me and said you did not pay for Supreme. I looked at him and said why does my reciept and menu say other wise.. at this point the guy who rang up the order said it was my fault I rang them up wrong. Regardless I asked for the #1 maybe they should fix the menu or the staff or both. I did not appreciate the way my wife and II...

My daughter had the easiest order: 2 bean & sour cream burritos without cheese. TWICE she couldn't get it right and was very rude, making faces when she asked for a remake. Totally incompetent. How do you get 2 ingredient burritos wrong? I called & got a person named "Angie" that claimed to be a mgr. She said my kid asked for cheese when she is allergic, it was on the receipt that I sent her back inside with" "NO CHEESE", & yet this girl said she ordered cheese. Ok. The "manager" didn't know how to answer the phone, either. Didn't want to tell me her name until the 3rd time I asked for it. My kids said she was rude to them, & I believe them after speaking with that girl myself. Totally unprofessional even...
