Alaska Asian Store — Local services in Juneau

Julita's Asian Store is located from across the road from Breeze-In Concrete Way, currently open only on Saturdays 1200-1600, due to Corvid-19, one person allowed at a time and must wear a face mask to enter.

I was looking for certain Asian items and Mexican ingredients. I found Pearl River Mushroom Dark Soy Sauce here and another brand. But reading the ingredients list of the other brand found things that were not as natural as the Pearl River brand.

Saw a few fresh produce items but the Chinese vegetables looks a bit wilted being they're only available one afternoon on Saturdays.

I'm grateful Julita's has a couple of Asian items that I haven't been able to get at the usual sources Fred Meyer, Super Bear IGA, Safeway; but they have items Julita's doesn't have. Amazon online shopping helps fill in some but not all the gaps, like preserved...

The price is really worth it for the taste and serving size. The dishes are flavorful and taste like home-cooked meals, with generous portions. Giant tourist trap. They have people outside your cruise ship telling you it is a dine in restaurant and not to eat from the street food vendors.
