Walked into the store, 3 ladies gave a scant hi, and continued their happy hour. I broused the clothing for about 14 mins,NO one bothered to even ask or acknowledged a human in the store the sweater on nohook..hangers kept falling off, no one paid attention. As i was walking out, one notice and mumble "bye" I said "none of you attended to me" The responses were " oh we didnt see u have anything in your hand to buy" oh well i could have, IF someone had thought i could probably afford. What a shame, three grown ladies, all into their feelings. Your loss, I'll be shopping someplace else. In future. Never judge your customers by their color or attires. Darn! This Saturday i came in to this store to buy my daughter a dress. When i came in there were no signs or anything mentioning that all sales are final and that there is no sort of exchange or return policy, So when i came in today to return it because the dress didn’t fit my daughter the lady at the register told me that I’m not able to return it or exchange it because it’s quote on quote store policy. I believe that it’s unfair and a scam because the quote on quote store policy is written on the receipt and i know that majority of us don’t read the receipts. I absolutely LOVE this store! I can always find something cute in here and I’m PICKY!!! Nordstrom, Macy’s and other department stores don’t carry stuff that’s as nice as what Ella B carries. Their stuff is unique and the quality is fantastic. The girls that work at the store (and especially the owner) are so helpful too....As a Mom of young kids, I am not always aware of what’s in style at every moment and they always help me find something that I’ll like!
