CG Burgers — Restaurant in Jupiter

I happen to be in this plaza installing a tanning bed at the local tanning salon. Needing something to eat the tanning staff recommended CG Burgers. I'm not much of a taco guy but after reading the menu board I decided on Chicken Taco's. From what I could see the chicken was cook fresh on the grill, tacos are pretty simple but after the chicken was ready they julienne cut fresh lettuce, added cold pico do gallo from the bain-marie and finally added cheese. I took my order to go. The menu board said 3 Chicken Tacos $9. I should mention that I also ordered a soft drink and my total was under $10 an amazing value for GREAT FOOD. I opened the container to see three LARGE COLORFUL TACOS. The tortilla was fresh and after taking my first bit my mouth was filled with the warm chicken, cold pico and a festive of amazing flavors. I was BLOW AWAY. There is a little hind of spices from either the grilled chicken or pico or maybe from both but the flavors meld together so well. All I wanted was another bit. After eating just two of the tacos I was full. I took third home and put it in the refrigerator. Later that night I went to the fridge, took out the third taco, the tortilla was soggy so I carefully pulled it out and put it in a non stick pan on the oven flipping regularly, then picked the chicken out from the other ingredients, and heated it in the microwave, I removed the tortilla from the pan, folded a paper plate and placed the tortilla in the paper plate to form it, added the warm chicken and topped it off with all the pico, lettuce and cheese and enjoy the third left over taco and it tasted as good as the first two. THESE BY FAR ARE THE BEST CHICKEN TACO'S I HAVE EVER HAD AND WILL DRIVE FROM WEST PALM BEACH BACK TO CG BURGER FOR MORE. Great Jobs...

At my most recent visit to CG Burgers, I quickly realized it was the service that left the place empty. We sat at the bar and watched everybody sending selfies and texting on their phones instead of actually helping their customers. We asked the manager for a beer when he brought our food because the employees were incapable of getting off their phones long enough to run it themselves and instead of fulfilling that request the manager decided to count the registers and we went without. Finally after two more requests for a beverage, the manager asked a young man who again was on his phone to provide these for us. Fed up at this point we asked for our checks from the nearest employee because our original server was enjoying a beer at the other end of the bar. Getting our check was like pulling teeth because the staff was behind the counter...on their phones. There was an absolute lack of care. Finally after asking again, we had our check processed. We had asked to split the bill between two cards, however during his selfie moment he must have forgotten this and ran it all on one. When he handed us the receipt his response was that the first one did not work so he decided to put it all together, without consulting me. Total lack of service, worst I have seen in a while. These are great burgers, unfortunately due to the absolute lack of customer service, management included, we will not be returning. For the record, my wife and I both say this coming from years of management experience in the service...

Tonight I put in a curbside order for 5:45pm for 2 burgers, 1 regular fry, 1 zucchini fry, one chocolate shake, and one strawberry shake. First they never came out and I waited till 6:05 because I figured it was Friday night and they were probably slammed (which they were not they only had two tables inside and both had their orders) and I wasn't doing curbside because I am lazy I am handicapped and carrying all that food is a challenge. So after waiting till 6:05pm I go in, wait in line, and when they get to me and go to grab my food it is sitting on the prep table in the back. I then asked about our shakes and I was told they were backed up a while. By this point it was 6:10 and so I waited another 15 mins to get my shakes. I even said to the kid that was taking orders that by the time my shakes came out my food would cold and he just kind of shrugged. I would've made them remake it, but I had to get back before visiting hours were over. The burger toppings were on the wrong burgers, but the burger had good flavor even cold, the fries were soggy, and the zucchini fries were good even though ice cold. We spent almost $55 dollars for a hot meal and it was terrible. We have come here many times and this was just a waste of...
