BE AWARE. This will be the most honest review you will read. While the employees of this business are kind/polite the jewelers are not good at what they do. We brought in a engagement ring to be resized (simple job) the jeweler swore that the ring needed to be a certain size when we told him otherwise, his comments where if you swell come back and I will make it bigger. Sure enough, the ring was too small and had to go back a second time to open it back up (to the size we initially told him but trusted him as he was the jeweler) - what he gave back to us was astonishing...the ring looked as if it was run over by a car, completely bent and totally compromised. The jeweler did not seem to understand that though it might not be 3-4 carat rings like he is use to, these are rings for real people, and have real meaning. I say this because he disregarded our concerned. We initially had concerns about re opening the ring and we did not want to lose the shape and the perfection of the band, we did. He did agree to add a new shank to the gold band (third visit) but still he gave back the ring and it looked used, scratched and depleted. His only comments was "this is the best I can do". This was a BRAND new ring just going in for a resize. We are now forced to go to the original jeweler who created the ring and have him replace it.

Again, this is an honest review. You can go into this jewelry store and have a nice conversation with them, but, if you want someone to actually fix the issue you have please look elsewhere. (Below you can find a picture of the ring...

I was searching for a reputable jewelry company that also did appraisals and repairs so I began my search online. I had an old diamond ring I was looking to sell as well as get my Nana’s antique ring repaired.
