I called Westwood Appliance and spoke with Chris; looking to find parts for my refrigerator and dryer, however, they don't sell parts itself. He was great! Why you ask, he gave me information and details where, and who to call for repairs and why. When we call someone/company, we, the caller are in distress of some sort to resolve a problem. Chris was helpful, friendly and just kind. He took the time to give me the information and we even had a quick discussion on brand appliances in general-if I needed to or decided to purchase a new appliance. By the way, he wasn't trying to sell me. If Chris is the representation of this company -they are super! As we all know, employees are the front line and represent the company and one of the most important assets that a company has! Absolutely highly recommended. The staff (especially Chris) are the best. They lead you in the right direction and never are to busy to answer questions that you may have. We recently had some major appliances installed - and Chris was there every step of the way - from the initial purchase right through to the final installation. Chris also assisted with an unforeseen electrical issue during the installation process.
