East Coast Electric Screening — Local services in Jupiter

I have 2 large 16' motorized screens, the only problem I had were the screen were old and needed to be re-screened. It was almost impossible to find someone who would re-screen, everyone would only sell me a complete new unit for various excuses. East Coast not only came out to evaluate but gave us the answer we were hoping for, they would replace our screen with a new super screen, and clean up the old motors and tracks. All of this at a tiny fraction of the cost of new motorized screens. They were punctual, courteous and professional in every way. I have since called them for help when twice now the screens have had to be adjusted after mistakenly closing on a chair and such. Each time they have come out they always try to walk me through a simple reset on my own at no cost and even when I still couldn't get it to work they came out and fixed it perfectly, at an amazingly reasonable service call of $85. I bought a new remote and they walked me through programming it myself at no charge just a gift of their time. It's lovely to deal with such good people like this company has! I am just blown away by the quality and the service I received from East Coast Electric Screening. AND I CAN RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. I have rarely found a company that does more to provide a quality product... and then back up that product with quality service. They installed a power screen for our rear patio... and when the motor failed nearly 5 years later, they replaced it for free (because it was covered by the warranty.) And they returned a second time for another problem... and never charged a dime for the follow-ups. So, count me as a huge fan of East Coast Electric...
