Mi Alegria Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

Once being seated and given menus we were offered chips and salsa and gladly accepted. The chips came out cold and most of the basket was broken as if from the bottom of a bag and the salsa came in a tiny metal cup. I ordered the Trio Tacos plate because I wanted the beans and rice included with the tacos. I asked for the birria protein option, it was odd that Carnitas was not an option for the tacos. When I ordered the birria the waitress offered queso de birria and I accepted, being that i am very familiar with the dish and it not being an option on the menu. Once given my plate I was told that the beans and rice are not included in the Queso de birria and would be an additional charge. The Tacos barely had any queso or birria and were dry, they did not have cilantro or onion, the tortilla was dry and there was no dipping sauce. Hi everybody Me and my wife walked into this restaurant and they sat us down to a table that had not been cleared yet. There were several other tables, but they made the bad choice of sitting down on a fully occupied table with somebody else’s leftovers. We ordered our seafood and drinks and waited about a good 10 to 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Our food finally came however no silverware no napkins we had the flag everybody down for every little thing. The food was not acceptable. The waitresses are off the streets pretty much. The choice of music while having dinner was OK, but it was much much too loud. Asked to have it turned down a little bit. They did accommodate that and then about a half hour later someone else turned it back up. Almost felt like I was in a nightclub atmosphere and it was hard to talk. Little too much to pay $15 for a mango margarita that is about 2/3 of the size of a normal margarita that you normally pay about nine to $10 for but other than that service was good.
