I just came from this staters I’m staying near by in a airbnb but I will will be getting a house son for my son and I. I came to this store to gets some food, by the time I had 2 items in my hands my son that is autistic screamed a piercing sound. As I slowly tried to calm him down and move towards the register the more up set he was getting, I can feel my sweat dripping in places I’ve never felt before, and a Clerk came up to me and asked if everything was ok, and if she could help me in anyway. I said yes I’m trying to buy this but my son is very overwhelmed and not making it to the register. She said she can check me out and i could go to the car if needed. Lord she was so kind, I’m overwhelmed with emotion due to her kindness I’ve never had anyone in any store little alone staters brother help me and just treat my son and I with such kindness. Very upsetting, I just had a very unpleasant experience at this stater brothers in Mira Loma store#88 the Meat department manager named Dennis, was extremely rude and very unprofessional!! I don’t understand how this guy got promoted to be a manager with that type of skill set. Very bad attitude, and how he talks to customers is extremely unacceptable. I hope this gets to upper management and gets corrected I am contemplating never going back to this state of Brothers again which is disappointing because it was one of my favorite.. Me being in management where I work I would never allow a staff member to talk to customers the way he did....

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your checkers, Jose A. I came into the store feeling really down, but his kindness, warm smile, and positive attitude completely turned my day around. He went above and beyond by helping me find the items I needed and made the whole shopping experience feel easy and welcoming.
