SOUTH 40 — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

This is the local bar where everybody comes and feels welcome. The staff here are the most warm, sweet, welcoming and wonderful people to tend bar. They have karaoke nights, a digital jukebox, pool tables and tvs. It's a simple menu, beer and wine and beat boxes and some mixed drinks, but not a full bar. They have chips and beef jerky for snacks. People dance here, make friends, hang out outside and talk and horses even mosey on up to the bar. The best taco stand around is across the street and you can bring outside food in here. If you wanna homey and warm feel come here any night. Parkong is good and overflow down the street. Some nights it's crowded and some it's quiet and in between too. This is the bar that can be your regular bar. I've lived in many states and only been to a few bars this cool. South 40 is a good old-fashioned dive bar there's nothing wrong with dive bars you made a lot of interesting people they do not serve food but they definitely serve beer and wine no mixed drinks. Bartenders at the 40 are very cordial and inviting. If you need a place for a quick spot to grab a brew or some wine and be able to talk and just chill this is definitely a good place because they also have a patio in the back. You can have food ordered and brought to the location at the bar and they have no problem with it. I give the South 40 5 Stars!!! love this...

Bartender will attend to regulars and ignore everyone else. She over looked us several times, then once she took our order, we waited forever to get our drinks. Beer selection is very small, and not very good. When people say the beer is cheap, it's because you don't have much to choose from. Only decent kind they has was the goose IPA. bar is dirty, and smells horrible. There's definitely a type of crowd that likes to go their though, and they seem to love it.
