Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

I will have my wife write this for me . This place has horrible service. The lady kept rushing me to take my order . She also got my order wrong and when I called to let them know about the mistake instead of being polite and apologetic she blamed me for not checking the screen . I have dislexia and cannot read and she made me feel very bad telling me it’s my fault because I should’ve read the screen to verify . The manager is a bully . I’m never going to that location again . Today is Nov 15 and the time is 9:40 . I suggest you follow up with the so called supervisor and provide them the proper protocol to handle a simple mistake with respect and not blame to customer for their errors as they assume everyone can read...

Food was great. My only gripe I would say, is the drive-thru experience. I arrived with no cars in line. So I pulled up after placing my order already online. Then to be told to park in one of the parking spots and then they would call me to pull up to window again. So finally they waved me to pull up to the window only to now be behind other customers placing an order. Its Jack in the Crack, what can you say? If you like it greasy and cheesy you will love it! I actually had the #17 Chicken Pita which I only like when Im trying to be "good". Jacks taste is consistent in the franchise. Today at this Jack the coms were down so a lady was taking orders and payment in the drive through.
